Bonus Terms

These Bonus Terms apply to all bonuses, free spins and promotions offered by Red Deer Casino. They form part of our Terms and Conditions. Each individual offer may also have its own specific conditions, which are shown with the offer and before you opt in. Where specific offer conditions differ from these general rules, the specific conditions apply to that offer.

1. General Rules

Bonuses are designed to add value to your play and are offered at our discretion.
All bonus amounts, wagering and limits are stated in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements and any other conditions of the offer are met.
When you play with an active bonus, your real-money balance is normally used first, followed by your bonus balance, unless the offer states otherwise.
We may decline a bonus to any player, including for responsible gaming reasons.

2. Eligibility

To take part in our promotions, you must:

be 19 or older and meet all eligibility rules in our Terms and Conditions;
have a single verified account with Red Deer Casino;
deposit using a payment method in your own name;
not be self-excluded or on a cooling-off break.

Some offers may be limited to certain provinces or to players who meet specific criteria, which will be stated with the offer.

3. How to Opt In

Bonuses are never added without your choice. To claim an offer, select it on the Offers page or during the deposit process, or enter any code shown with the offer. The full terms are displayed before you confirm. If you do not want a bonus, simply do not opt in. You can also contact us before playing if you wish to cancel a bonus you have claimed by mistake.

4. The Current Welcome Offer

New players can claim a first-deposit welcome package. The current terms, including the amount, any free spins and the qualifying deposit, are shown on the Offers page and before you opt in.

The welcome offer is available once per player, household, device and payment method.
It applies only to your first deposit, which must be at least the C$10 minimum deposit or any higher amount shown with the offer.
Wagering is as shown with the offer. Please check the requirement before you opt in.

5. Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement is the total amount you must bet before bonus funds and related winnings can be withdrawn. The requirement for each offer is as shown with the offer. Only bets placed with eligible funds on eligible games count towards it. You can track your progress in your account.

6. Wagering Contribution by Game Type

Different games count towards wagering at different rates. The contribution rate for each game type is listed in the terms shown with each offer. As a general guide:

slots usually contribute at the highest rate;
table games such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat usually contribute at a reduced rate or not at all;
live dealer games and video poker may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded;
some individual games may be excluded entirely, as listed with the offer.

Bets on excluded games do not count and may lead to the bonus being voided if the offer prohibits them.

7. Maximum Bet While a Bonus Is Active

While a bonus is active, a maximum bet per spin or round applies. The limit is shown with each offer. Bets above this limit may result in the bonus and related winnings being removed.

8. Maximum Conversion

Some offers, particularly free spins and no-deposit bonuses, have a cap on how much bonus winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Where a cap applies, it is shown with the offer, and any amount above it is removed when wagering is completed.

9. Expiry

Every bonus has a time limit to claim it and a time limit to complete wagering. These periods are shown with the offer. If a bonus is not claimed or wagering is not completed in time, the bonus and related winnings expire and are removed. Your own deposited funds are never removed because a bonus expires.

10. One Active Bonus at a Time

You may have only one active bonus at any time. A new bonus cannot be claimed until the current one is completed, forfeited or expired.

11. Forfeiting a Bonus

You may forfeit an active bonus at any time by emailing us. Forfeiting removes the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it. Your remaining real-money balance stays available.

12. Bonus Abuse and Voiding

We may void bonuses and related winnings and close accounts where we find bonus abuse, including:

opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once;
collusion or coordinated play between players;
low-risk betting patterns, such as covering opposite outcomes, to complete wagering;
breaking the maximum bet rule or playing excluded games;
using software, scripts or exploits;
using payment methods that are not in your name.

13. Changes to Promotions

We may change, suspend or cancel any promotion where needed, for example because of error, fraud, technical problems or changes in law. Changes will not reduce benefits you have already earned in good faith.
